We offer our expertise to help you gain skills in communication, marketing, business administration, production, and project management.
The job is suitable for young individuals with spark, enthusiasm, who are straight talkers and care about the world.
Daily agenda involves overseeing smaller projects and being responsible for assignments supervised by senior consultants and colleagues.
As a consultant, you will play an active role throughout the project cycle, including attending meetings, conducting workshops, planning and budgeting, researching, managing design and other creative work, and finalizing and closing projects.
We are based in Bratislava and physical presence in the office is required.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, present, and speak clearly.
Attention to detail and the ability to check texts and designs for accuracy and consistency.
Reliability, responsibility, fast-paced and an adaptive mindset towards ever-changing projects and trends.
Any previous experience in people and/or project management is considered a great add-on, but it is not necessary to master the job.
Niche hobbies and an interest in obscure topics are a plus.
The work requires communication in Slovak and English.
How does your day look like?
Your day at work starts with a stand-up meeting at 9 AM, during which we review the daily agenda of copywriters and designers and evaluate if all tasks can be completed on time.
After the stand-up meeting, there is a sit-down meeting (yes, really, not kidding) with a supervising consultant who will take you through the daily agenda to help you prioritize your tasks, explain all the niches and nuances, and overall help you complete your work accurately and on time.
After sorting your agenda for the day, you start working on your daily tasks, which include:
Communicating with clients, actively listening with empathy to understand their needs, consulting, and coordinating with the team about client requests
Planning tasks and briefing work to your colleagues
Communicating and coordinating with suppliers
Organizing and actively participating in team meetings, meetings with clients, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
Writing down important things and distributing meeting minutes after meetings. It is your responsibility to prepare an agenda for the meeting, write down the minutes, and share them with stakeholders immediately after the meeting ends.
Proofreading, correcting, and editing materials to ensure everything that comes from our company adheres to our standards and fulfills the arrangements with a client.
Creating quotes and budget estimates for projects under supervision
Adding bills and expenses to our information system
Once a week, we have a big team review where you report the actual status of every project on your agenda.
We value our time spent at work, and therefore we track every second to ensure that it is spent efficiently on assigned tasks and projects. This helps us evaluate projects after delivery. Our internal system tracks every action, and as part of your responsibility, you will need to track your actions and oversee the actions of those assigned to a given task.
Critical thinking, getting the context, and setting boundaries are also important parts of your daily routine. Our mind can be trained this way, and such skills can be achieved, so do not worry if this part of our process doesn't come naturally to you.
If it's every other Tuesday, we have lunch together as a team - offsite or in the office. (Peter occasionally cooks.)
We hold 1-on-1 meetings from time to time to discuss your progress, provide feedback, and set goals for your development. These meetings are a great opportunity for you to share your thoughts and ideas, ask questions, and receive guidance on how to improve your work.
